Speaking Engagement FAQ's

Michael C. Ruppert has delivered many lectures for various organizations and universities, including the University of California Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Portland State University and many more. The presentations are jam packed with information about current events.

They can be given in a classroom, lecture hall, or convention/hotel setting. Michael C. Ruppert has been the keynote speaker many times and has always been well received, and asked to come back.

SPEAKING CONDITIONS:

Audio/Visual equipment:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint compatible projection system.
  • Lavalier Microphone - no cords/wires etc.
  • No audio or video taping allowed without expressed written consent of From The Wilderness/Michael Ruppert
  • Unless prior acceptance, no home housing.
  • All transportation, including but not limited to airline travel, train travel, ocean travel must be refundable.

Fees - For presentations, a flat fee of $3,500.00 is charged, plus all travel expenses, including travel, lodging and meals the day of presentation. All fees are based on an agreed length of presentation, plus 1 hour question and answer forum (if requested) following presentation. The 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this agreement.

The remaining 50% plus travel expenses (if not already paid for by second party) are due upon arrival at venue, before the presentation-lecture begins.

Travel Arrangements - Unless otherwise noted and accepted, second party is responsible for all travel arrangements, including airfare or other agreed upon travel, car rental and hotel accomodations. Lodging must have internet availability, air conditioning, coffee availability, phone service and a table/desk-work station.

Expenses - In addition to the above, client agrees to reimburse first party for expenses in conjunction with the presentation not already mentioned, including but not limited to taxi, meals and parking.

Changes - Any changes to the above must be made in writing.

Advertisement(s) - All publicity, promotion, advertising and marketing with the express concern of publisizing the event must be agreed upon by the first party before publication.

Cancellation - Any cancellation notices must be received in writing. If notice is received within thirty (30) days of engagement, full fee is required; if notice is received within thirty-one (31) to ninety (90) days of engagement, the deposit is retained; if notice is received prior to ninety (90) days of engagement, the entire deposit is returned to Client (Second Party). Cancellations initiated by From The Wilderness/Michael C. Ruppert are eligible for full refund of deposit. From The Wilderness and Michael C. Ruppert reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time for reasonable consideration. In the event that From The Wilderness/Michael C. Ruppert cancels this contract, any deposits previously received will be refunded within ten (10) business days.
